{"id":36135,"date":"2026-01-04T18:06:02","date_gmt":"2026-01-05T00:06:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporterosdelsur.org\/diario\/?p=36135"},"modified":"2026-01-04T18:06:04","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T00:06:04","slug":"tabasco-perfila-2026-como-el-ano-de-la-vivienda-y-el-empleo-javier-may","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporterosdelsur.org\/diario\/2026\/01\/tabasco-perfila-2026-como-el-ano-de-la-vivienda-y-el-empleo-javier-may\/","title":{"rendered":"Tabasco perfila 2026 como el a\u00f1o de la vivienda y el empleo: Javier May"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>TABASCO.- Con las acciones impulsadas por el <strong>Gobierno del Pueblo<\/strong>, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la administraci\u00f3n de la Presidenta <strong>Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo<\/strong>, el a\u00f1o <strong>2026<\/strong> est\u00e1 llamado a convertirse en el <strong>a\u00f1o de la vivienda y el empleo en Tabasco<\/strong>, afirm\u00f3 el gobernador <strong>Javier May Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, al destacar los avances del Programa de Vivienda para el Bienestar <em>\u201cConstruyendo Esperanza\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras supervisar, junto al director general del <strong>Instituto del Fondo Nacional para la Vivienda de los Trabajadores (INFONAVIT)<\/strong>, <strong>Octavio Romero Oropeza<\/strong>, tres desarrollos habitacionales que se edifican en el municipio de Centro, el mandatario estatal subray\u00f3 que estas obras beneficiar\u00e1n a <strong>casi 11 mil familias tabasque\u00f1as<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de representar un importante impulso a la econom\u00eda local y al bienestar social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/reporterosdelsur.org\/diario\/wp-content\/uploads\/Vivieda-4-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36136\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporterosdelsur.org\/diario\/wp-content\/uploads\/Vivieda-4-1024x683.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/reporterosdelsur.org\/diario\/wp-content\/uploads\/Vivieda-4-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/reporterosdelsur.org\/diario\/wp-content\/uploads\/Vivieda-4-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/reporterosdelsur.org\/diario\/wp-content\/uploads\/Vivieda-4-1200x800.jpeg 1200w, https:\/\/reporterosdelsur.org\/diario\/wp-content\/uploads\/Vivieda-4.jpeg 1040w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Los proyectos visitados incluyen los conjuntos habitacionales <strong>\u201cR\u00edo Viejo\u201d<\/strong>, en la primera secci\u00f3n de la rancher\u00eda del mismo nombre; <strong>\u201cNatura\u201d<\/strong>, ubicado en Acachapan y Colmena primera secci\u00f3n; y el multifamiliar <strong>\u201cTierra Colorada\u201d<\/strong>. En estos desarrollos se encuentran ya contratadas casi 11 mil viviendas en proceso de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gobernador destac\u00f3 que, sumando estos proyectos a los impulsados por el INFONAVIT, durante 2026 se alcanzar\u00e1 la meta de <strong>40 mil viviendas en construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> en el estado, lo que consolidar\u00e1 una estrategia integral de desarrollo urbano, generaci\u00f3n de empleo y acceso a espacios habitacionales dignos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSon buenas noticias para Tabasco, porque estos proyectos significan bienestar para las familias y dinamismo para la econom\u00eda. INFONAVIT, <strong>Octavio Romero Oropeza<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que durante los primeros tres meses de 2026 se firmar\u00e1n contratos para la edificaci\u00f3n de <strong>10 mil viviendas adicionales<\/strong> en la entidad, las cuales se sumar\u00e1n a las <strong>30 mil<\/strong> que ya se encuentran en desarrollo, dirigidas principalmente a trabajadores que perciben entre uno y dos salarios m\u00ednimos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn Tabasco estamos avanzando muy bien; 2026 ser\u00e1 un a\u00f1o de mucho trabajo y esto se reflejar\u00e1 tanto en la construcci\u00f3n como en la
